Is there a shipping fee?

No, shipping is free within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Check the status of your order anytime by entering your tracking information on our Track Your Order page.

What should I do if I receive an item that is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@selvianne.com and include:

  • Your order reference number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear images of the item and its packaging

After review, you can request either a replacement item or a full refund.

What if I want to cancel my order?

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@selvianne.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If the item has already been delivered, a return request can be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

How and when will I receive a refund?

You will receive confirmation once your return has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by payment providers or banks.

How to Return an Item?

  2. Wait for return approval before sending the item.
