- Transit Time: Once dispatched, transit typically requires 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the purchase date.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping is free within the United Kingdom.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent. Once the order has been shipped, a separate email will be provided with your tracking details.

Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@selvianne.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If the item has already been delivered, a return request can be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
